Born and raised in Lima, Peru Claudia started working with the autism population while she was in high school. Claudia received her B.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of North Texas and her M.S. in ABA at Simmons University in Boston. She became Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2009.
Throughout her career, Claudia has provided ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism ages 18 months-19 years in Texas, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois and Peru. Claudia has worked in therapeutic day schools, public schools, clinics, vocational centers and client’s homes, helping children with autism and their families reach their potential.
Before joining GBC in January 2019, Claudia held a leadership position for 5 years mentoring and supervising BCBAs. Claudia is fluent both in Spanish and English.
