Kacie Loren Cameron has been working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for 5 years in many different capacities. She started her career working as a hands-on Behavior Technician in 2014, and then transitioned into working in the operations side of the industry in 2018. Kacie has worked with people with disabilities through the Best Buddies program and equestrian therapy. She has also worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) specifically for the last 5 years.
While her therapeutic background has covered multiple disciplines, the ABA therapy model has grabbed her attention and heart in its positive teaching and rewarding growth systems. Kacie is motivated by watching and encouraging others to succeed in their personal and developmental goals. ABA allows her to delve into the industry and demographic in a major hands-on approach to help others in such a way that she can make a positive, long-lasting difference in people's lives.
While working in the field of ABA, Kacie hopes to help raise awareness and educate others about this incredible therapeutic system. She is passionate about reaching out to parents, students, professors and different child care organizations in the Central Illinois area to expand the knowledge about the resources available through GBC aba.
